With our customized personal travel planning services, we can plan as much or as little of your vacation as you would like. Which means…
no need to rely on a travel agent who will insist on planning all of your vacation or none of your vacation and will only send you to hotels they affiliate with,
no need to do hours of research and still worry that you aren’t getting the most for your money, and
you still have control over your own vacation!

Our destination research are for you if you either don’t have a clue where you want to go or aren’t quite sure which place to pick. During a consultation call we’ll help you narrow down what you’re looking for. We’ll then research each destination and provide you with information about each destination, preliminary pricing for the length of your trip, and some ideas on what you can do while you’re there.

For you if you like to maybe make a couple of plans, but mostly like to decide what to do once you’re away.
We’ll start with a consultation call to get a better idea of what you’re looking for. Once that’s done, we’ll start researching your trip and provide you with however much research you want. The service includes:
► At least 3 accommodation recommendations
► At least 3 restaurant recommendations
► At least 2 activity recommendations for each travel day

For you if you like to have each day of your vacation pre-planned, minute-by-minute. You’ll get everything in the Flexible Travel Planning Service, PLUS:
► Unlimited consultation calls
► Restaurant recommendations for each meal
► Activity recommendations to fill each travel day
► A detailed timeline for each travel day of your trip

We get it, sometimes life gets ahead of all of us. Our Rush Service is an add-on to our personal travel planning services for those times when you booked that flight and now your trip is coming up and whoops, you haven’t done any planning.
OUR PROCESS
How IT WORKS
STEP 1
BOOK A CONSULTATION
We need to understand what you have in mind and make sure we’re a good fit for each other! During the 30-minute consultation call we’ll get an idea of what you have in mind and your travel style.
STEP 2
MAKE IT OFFICIAL
During our call we’ll discuss all the official stuff. After the call we’ll send a Client Welcome Packet summarizing what we discussed and the official stuff for you to do to get the planning process started.
STEP 3
PLANNING PROCESS
We’ll set up a second call to walk through the first draft of your travel itinerary, answer any questions you have, and explain next steps. You’ll have unlimited revisions up until 14 days prior to your trip start date.
STEP 4
ENJOY YOUR TRIP!
You’ll have your entire itinerary, whether flexible or comprehensive, at your fingertips in a pdf document that you can view offline on any device. You’ll be set to enjoy an amazing adventure!
Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

First, don’t worry, we’ll have you fill out a travel profile! But before we get to that, we want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other! You need to have a lot of trust in a travel planner, so you’ll want to make sure we’re the travel planners for you. And we want to make sure we can meet your needs.

Yes! If you change your mind after purchasing a service we’ll provide a 100% refund, as long as we have not sent the first draft of your itinerary to the email address you provide.

If you buy a more expensive package than you need (it turns out you only want 3 days planned, rather than 5 or your 5th traveler backs out), we’ll refund the difference. If you buy a package for us to plan 3 days and decide you would like 5 days planned, we can invoice you for the difference. In either case, changes become more complicated after we send the first draft of your itinerary, so we reserve the right to refuse a requested change if your trip has already been substantially planned.

Our apologies, but we have learned to collect payment upfront.

We get that you might already have plans for your vacation, or just don’t want us to plan the whole thing. We only charge for the days we plan, which is a “Travel Day.”

Most importantly, we don’t earn commissions. We don’t have any partnerships with any travel providers, so you can rest assured that we are recommending hotels, restaurants, etc. because they are the best fit for you. Also important to know - we don’t book any part of your trip.

Yes! Every trip is planned based on our consultations and your travel profile.

Great! We’re happy to supplement what you’ve already planned, which is why we charge by the travel day and not by total trip length.
